Accommodation assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping assistant for immediate start. You must have an existing work permit and a good level of English language, written and spoken. Ideal person: Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service Must be a team player with the ability to multitask Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic with hihg level of attention to detail Anticipate guest's wants and needs Welcoming and engaging with guests staying at the guesthouse. Cleaning and preparing rooms for guests checking and upkeep of general areas Respond to any customer complaints in an efficient manner and always ensuring guest satisfaction To have strong product knowledge Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to act as a self-starter and able to prioritize tasks!
