Role Overview: As an Accommodation Attendant, you will be a key part of the housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, houses, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position and weekend availability is essential. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest bedrooms and houses. Ensure all rooms are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals. Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Manager. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Provide excellent and discreet service to guests, ensuring their comfort and privacy. Work as part of a team to meet daily room targets and maintain consistent service quality. Follow all Lough Rynn Castle policies, procedures, and brand standards. Skills & Requirements: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is desirable but not essential (training provided). Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills.
