About the role Administration Officer Location: North Wall Quay, Dublin Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: € 30,000 plus Sodexo Benefits About the Role We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front of House & Administration Officer to join our team at the Central Bank of Ireland. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience while also supporting day-to-day administrative and workplace operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional and welcoming Front of House experience Manage visitor registration, access badges, and security procedures Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries Provide administrative support including stationery, couriers, taxis, parking, and meeting support Log and escalate facilities or building issues where required Support workplace compliance checks and helpdesk follow-up Maintain accurate records, reports, and handover notes Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives About You Essential Previous experience in Front of House, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, organised, and detail-oriented Strong customer service mindset Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Desirable Experience within a corporate, financial services, or regulated environment Experience using visitor management systems Why Sodexo?
