AfterSchool Educator

Ray of Sunshine is an award-winning Irish company offering Early Childcare and AfterSchool services in Wicklow (Burkeen). We're seeking Spanish professionals qualified in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education or equivalent experience, with B1 English level, to join our dynamic AfterSchool team. Support primary school children with homework, indoor/outdoor activities, educational games, and daily supervision in a welcoming, family-like environment. We offer Salary: From €15 per hour, with progressive salary increases within the company. Working hours: 35–40 hours per week (Full-time). Contract: 1-year contract with a 6-month probation period and the possibility of extension. Holidays: 21 paid days per year + Irish bank holidays + 8 days off at Christmas (centres closed during this period, unpaid leave). Accommodation option: Shared houses located near our centres, rented by the company exclusively for RoS employees. Living here means sharing with other staff members in a friendly environment.
