Body & Paint Technician

GEORGE CORBETT MOTORS LIMITED is currently recruiting Body & Paint Technicians to join its team at Cork Rd, Ballynaneashagh, Waterford, X91 H306. The salary range starts from €36,605 (€18,05 Per Hour) to to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Body and Paint Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking repairs on accident damaged vehicles, follow repair instructions, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Technician must have excellent problem-solving skills, work well with others, be able to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of general bodywork repairs, must be in confident with panel work & paint preparation. Responsibilities: Assess damage & carry out repairs to a high standard. Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Notify foreman or office of any issues encountered with jobs Keeping on top of house maintenance Updating job packs on vehicles being worked on Being accountable for own work Work to set deadlines & perform under pressure. Key Requirements: Be a body & paint technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Applicants must have a good command of the English language. Must have good teamwork and communication skills.
