Cad/Bim Technician

Keegan Precast Limited are currently recruiting a Cad/Bim Technician for their site at Trammon, Rathmoylon, Co Meath, Ireland A83 DA36. Key Responsibilities will include; Produce and present CAD/BIM drawings and design deliverables based on input from engineering and design teams. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of drawings in line with project schedules. Independently apply technical knowledge and judgement to support drawing office and project requirements. Use CAD/BIM software (including Allplan) to create, manage, and organise project drawings, models, and documentation. Requirements; Solid knowledge of CAD/BIM detailing, scheduling, and coordination with engineering teams. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems; Allplan experience is an advantage. This is a full time, permanent role. Remuneration is €36,605 - €45,000 per annum based on experience, and based on 39 hours per week.
