Car Park Attendant (Part-Time)

The Swan Shopping Centre are currently seeking applications for the position of Car Park Attendant Part-time. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure car park is opened and closed in line with trading hours. Work closely with the centre management team to ensure that the car parks are operating to the highest possible level to provide an excellent service to our customers & tenants. General maintenance and upkeep duties. Health and safety checks carried out routinely in line with required standards. Reporting any health and safety concerns immediately to Centre Management. Cash and reconciliation procedures Weekly reporting processes The successful candidate will have: Excellent customer service Strong Communication Cash handling experience Ability to work well as part of a Team Skills and Qualifications No formal qualification required; however, the following skills are essential: Excellent Customer Service skills Works well within a team and on own initiative when required. Numeracy and literacy skills Basic Computer literacy and Report Writing Problem solving Previous Experience Worked in customer-facing roles. Have experience working with cash.
