Care Support Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Practical Support That Builds Confidence and Independence This role is suited to Care Support Workers who want to provide consistent, person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a structured Dublin-based service. You’ll work within an environment focused on: Everyday independence and wellbeing Consistent, reliable support Inclusion and community participation Respect, dignity and safeguarding This is hands-on support work where practical care, teamwork and consistency help individuals build confidence and maintain positive daily routines.
