Care Support Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Wexford Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Reliable, Person-Centred Support in a Residential Setting This role is suited to Care Support Workers who want to provide consistent, practical support to individuals with intellectual disabilities within a structured residential service. You’ll work in an environment focused on: Stability and routine Independence and daily living skills Respectful, person-centred support Safe and consistent care practices This is hands-on support work where reliability, teamwork and a calm approach help create a positive day-to-day environment for the individuals supported.
