Cork, T45 ND32 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: €44,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week About the Role Brosnan Property Solutions Ltd., trading as Brosnan Property Solutions, is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our team based in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. This is a hands-on position involving a mix of reactive maintenance and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry works, general repairs, and upgrade works while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach on site. Key Responsibilities Carry out general property repairs and maintenance works Repair and replace doors, windows, and associated ironmongery/fittings Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works Install stud partitions, drywall/slabbing, and general joinery Assist with refurbishment, renovation, and property upgrade projects Work across residential and commercial properties as required Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and property managers Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in carpentry or a similar role Valid Safe Pass certification Valid Manual Handling certification Full clean driving licence Strong work ethic and good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good timekeeping and reliability Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive salary of €44,000 per annum Full-time permanent position Opportunity to work with a growing property solutions company Varied and practical role across a range of properties and projects Apply To apply, please contact Caroline at helpdesk@brosnans.ie.
