As our portfolio grows, we need a skilled Carpenter who can deliver precision work across a variety of residential and commercial settings. The Role This is not just about rough framing; it’s about versatility. You will be our go-to expert for everything from structural repairs to high-end finishing touches. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Fitting: Hanging doors, installing skirting boards, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry or shelving units. - Structural Repairs: Inspecting and repairing floor joists, roofing timbers, and partition walls. - Kitchen and Bathroom Carpentry: Fitting worktops and cabinetry with a high level of accuracy. - Maintenance: Repairing windows, locks, and external timber features (decking, fencing, etc.). - Site Management: Measuring materials accurately to minimize waste and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. What You Bring to the Table - Qualified Professional - Experience: Ideally with a mix of site work and property maintenance. - Eye for Detail: You take pride in "invisible" joins and perfectly leveled installs. - Self-Sufficient: You have your own high-quality toolkit and know which tool is right for the job. - Client-Facing Skills: You are polite, punctual, and able to explain technical fixes to clients or tenants clearly. - Full Clean Driving License: Required for travel between Dublin sites.
