Chef de Partie

Braza Food Limited, located at 19 Clanbrassil Street Lower, Dublin 8, D08 X798, is currently seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of authentic Brazilian dishes, ensuring highest standards of food quality and safety (HACCP). The responsibilities include: Prepare ingredients, including vegetables and meats, to a high standard Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes meets company standards Support the Head Chef and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring proper storage procedures Assist with stock control and rotation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Salary: €36,605 per annum 39h per week Location: 19 Clanbrassil Street Lower, Dublin 8, D08 X798 Hours: 39 hours per week Career level: Experienced [Non-Managerial] Closing date: 26 May 2026
