About the Company Green Frog Catering Co Limited provides catering and food services to corporate and private clients across Ireland, delivering freshly prepared meals and maintaining high kitchen standards. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. Main Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards. Manage a designated section of the kitchen during service. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor portion control, stock levels, and reduce food waste. Assist with menu preparation and daily specials when required. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Work efficiently in a fast-paced catering environment. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. Professional attitude and attention to detail. Must be available to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week. Benefits: Competitive salary of €36,605 per year (€18.05 per hour).
