Chef de Partie required to work at KC and Son and Sons Limited at East Douglas Street, Douglas, Cork, T12 YP27, Ireland. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Duties: supervising, being responsible for ordering general items for the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting various dishes, preparing menus, and working with local seasonal foods.
