Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef to join our team at Pompeii Pizza, a busy wood-fired pizzeria located in the heart of Cork City. You will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to producing authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to the highest standard. Prior experience in pizza-making and use of a wood-fired oven is essential. Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen • Prior pizza and dough-making experience • Food safety knowledge (HACCP training preferred) • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong team player with a positive attitude • Fluent spoken English • Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Hours: 39 hours per week Career level: Experienced [Non-Managerial] Closing date: 04 Jun 2026
