About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained at all timesKey Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and daily specials. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters). Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP). Manage stock control, minimize waste, and ensure correct storage of ingredients. Ensure consistency in portion sizes and plating standards. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume, professional kitchen environment. Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge: Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and European/International cuisines. Education: Relevant culinary qualification is preferred.
