IMMEDIATE START ***MUST RELOCATE TO INIS OIRR, ARAN ISLANDS FOR THIS JOB*** We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in our small family run business on the beautiful island of Inis Oirr, Co. Galway, for our 2026 Season (May-October) Full time seasonal work for 5-6 months every year. Experience/Requirements: Successful experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Highly energetic, passionate team player Strong knowledge of HACCP A good command of spoken/written English Be able to relocate to Inis Oirr and begin work in the next 2 weeks (assistance available) Key Duties: Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef with kitchen management and food preparation Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
