Childcare Manager

HOPE Childcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Manager to lead our Cork Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre Lead, support, and supervise childcare staff Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children Develop and implement age-appropriate programmes and activities Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and stakeholders Manage administrative duties, including records and reporting Qualifications & Skills Required: Minimum Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) Proven experience in a childcare management or senior supervisory role Strong leadership and organisational skills In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices in Ireland Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities First Aid certification (desirable) Salary: €42,120 per annum.
