Construction Supervisor

Job Title: Construction Supervisor Location: Dublin, Ireland About the Role: We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to lead our on-site team. You will be the bridge between management and the crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations and manage a crew of 3-5 workers. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets building codes and project specifications. Scheduling: Coordinate material deliveries and manage daily work timelines. Safety: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols (PPE, equipment checks). Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in [Residential/Commercial] construction. Proven ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Strong communication skills (Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
