The candidate should be able to: cutting, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for future processing; cutting and trimming the meat to make it fit for packing; inspecting meat products for defects, bruises, and blemishes; removing excess fat; obtaining and distributing specified meat or carcass; processing primal parts into cuts, and separating meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers. Getting meat ready for all ethnic customers as per their requirements. Knowledge of Halal meet essencial. Please send in your CV by email or by post.
