Facilities Manager Dublin 2 Salary up to €60k We are currently hiring for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the full spectrum of property maintenance and operational infrastructure within a busy hotel environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest experience across all facilities! Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s facilities and maintenance functions. Oversee and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations. Supervise and develop an in-house maintenance team, including scheduling, performance management, and training. Manage third-party contractors and trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC), ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money. Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and asset longevity. Requirements Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong background in managing maintenance teams and coordinating multiple trades. Experience developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes. Strong technical knowledge across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Working directly with the Deputy GM, this is an incredible opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Facilities – from managing the team to negotiating new contracts with suppliers.
