F&B Assistant - Breakfast shift

The 4* family owned Westport Hotel Group is currently recruiting for Part Time F&B Assistant. Hours: 7:00am – 12:00pm, 8am-12pm. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Shift Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional morning service, ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, welcoming, and efficient breakfast experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, ready to contribute to a lively atmosphere that sets the tone for the day. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and preparing for breakfast service Delivering friendly and efficient customer service Taking orders and serving food and beverages Clearing and resetting tables Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person Hours: 40 hours per week Career level: Entry Level Closing date: 29 May 2026
