Financial Analyst

The Role We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. This role will focus on analysing financial data, supporting business decision-making, and improving financial performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Analyse financial data and prepare regular management reports Support budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor company performance through KPI analysis and variance reporting Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making Support cost analysis and profitability reviews across business units Assist with financial planning and internal reporting processes Work closely with internal teams to improve financial controls and reporting accuracy Contribute to process improvements within the finance function Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in financial analysis or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with financial reporting and data analysis Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets Hours: 40 hours per week Career level: Professional Closing date: 29 May 2026
