About this role

McCarthy Keville O’Sullivan is seeking to recruit a Graduate Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Galway City, Ireland, to meet the continued strong demand for the company’s services. The role hours are 37.5 hours per week with a starting salary of €36,605 per annum. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will join our experienced Project Management team delivering high impact projects across various sectors, including higher education, life sciences, renewable energy, commercial, leisure and residential. You will assist in managing projects at all stages of their lifecycle, from identifying an opportunity through defining the project, planning and managing its design, consenting and execution, and ensuring satisfactory close-out on completion. You’ll be supported and mentored every step of the way by our experienced Project Management team and gain hands on experience that will be invaluable to building your career as a Project Manager. As a member of our Project Management team, you’ll be exposed to challenging projects including Renewable Energy Consenting projects. You’ll engage with project stakeholders at all levels, including client personnel, design teams, contractors, subcontractors and statutory bodies, where your contribution will be invaluable to the projects you work on. What we’re looking for in you Education: The Graduate Project Manager role is open to final-year undergraduates, master’s students and those who have graduated in the last two years in a construction-related discipline: Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or other related fields, equipping you with the necessary skills to undertake the role.
