Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities and personal care for clients. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions. Requirements: QQI Level 5 Relevant qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
