Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Intellectual Disability Services | South Dublin Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 (DOE) Hours: 12-hour shifts | 35 hours per week Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent Stability, Structure and Support This role offers: A clear path to permanency 12-hour shifts (fewer working days) On-site parking Access to training and certification refreshers You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them live with independence, dignity and routine.
