Piri Piri Grill Chef

Prepare and cook Piri Piri chicken and other grilled items to company standards Marinate, season, and portion ingredients correctly Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with stock rotation and inventory control Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during busy service periods Requirements: Previous experience as a grill chef or similar role Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Hours: 40 hours per week Career level: Experienced [Non-Managerial] Closing date: 25 May 2026
