Job Title: Playgroup Leader Employer: Tenderhearts Ltd T/A Little Learners Location: 40 Drumcondra Road Lower Drumcondra Dublin 9 D09 V5R9 Salary: 37,544 k p.a Hours: 40 hrs/w Responsibilities: Supervising children's play and encouraging physical, social and emotional development. Providing opportunities for different types of play and preparing materials for a wide range of children's activities. Encouraging children's independence, self-confidence and social interaction. Organizing and supervising children on excursions as well as children's activities in accordance with Childcare Regulations, cleaning up the play area and equipment after use, liaising with parents, carers and colleagues and keeping all appropriate records. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the field is desirable. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment. Caring and empathetic nature. A second language would be an advantage. Hours: 40 hours per week Career level: Experienced [Non-Managerial] Closing date: 26 May 2026
