Project Manager

Aureol Global Connections is hiring Project Managers on behalf of J.J. Rhatigan & Company Unlimited Company, Wolfe Tone House,Fr.Griffin Road,Co. Galway, Galway H91 PW72. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning and programming, design and procurement, site operations, health & safety, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will also drive a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and support team development through leadership and mentoring. Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
