Quantity Surveyor

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Quantity Surveyors on behalf of Coolsivna Construction Limited, The Square, Treanrevagh, Mountbellew, Co. Galway, H53 W9X2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring value for money in construction projects. They prepare estimates, budgets, and cost plans, monitor expenses, and handle contracts and procurement processes. Quantity surveyors also assess risks, manage variations, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints while meeting quality standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of construction methods and commercial practices are essential for this role.
