Badegg Dublin in Portobello is hiring a restaurant Manager. The right person will have 2+ years in restaurant / cafes / bars with a passion for coffee, food and customer service. This position is ideal for an extrovert who enjoys working on their own initiative, building a happy strong team and growing relationships with customers and neighbours. The ideal person will treat this restaurant /cafe like their own and enjoy making changes for improvement. The monthly bonus depends on hitting weekly sales and payroll targets, not exceeding spending budgets and bringing in new sales revenues.
