We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the Village Hotel team. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations Control costs, budgets, and inventory levels Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Knowledge of health and safety regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Hours: 39 hours per week Career level: Managerial Closing date: 02 Jun 2026
