Senior Finance Analyst - Circle K

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the Senior Finance Analyst is the key finance business partner supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland corporate business. This is a full-time permanent role based five days on site in Circle K Support Office, Dublin 4. Responsibilities: Responsibility for all local reporting to Circle K parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT). Business partner with budget owners and senior stakeholders in relation to OPEX and Overheads. ​ Coordinate delivery of local management reporting and ACT reporting packs.​ Coordinate forecast and budget planning process and consolidation of the total business plan.​ Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team. Analyse and drive cost savings across all areas of the business.​ Champion of new systems impacting the reporting of financial performance.​ Project work as and when required.​ Experience: Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. ​ 3+ years' PQE experience in a similar financial planning and analysis role. ​ Experience with business partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels is essential. ​ Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment is advantageous. ​ Strong IT skills with advanced Excel. Experience building reports in Power BI is a preference. Team orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. Good time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines. Strong commercial business acumen.
