Site Engineer

Aureol Global Connections is hiring Site Engineers on behalf of J.J. Rhatigan & Company Unlimited Company, Wolfe Tone House,Fr.Griffin Road,Co. Galway, Galway H91 PW72. This role involves supporting the Senior Engineer in the coordination and delivery of construction works, including reviewing designs and programmes, understanding project priorities, and responding to changes efficiently. You will assist with setting out, inspections, RFIs, and technical submissions, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with the wider construction team. The position also includes contributing to quality assurance, safety documentation, and compliance with inspection and test plans, as well as monitoring progress, reporting issues, and supporting subcontractor coordination. As you develop in the role, you will take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and play a key part in project close-out, ensuring all works are completed to the required standards and within programme timelines.
