Social Care Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Blackrock, Dublin Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with strong potential for permanency Professional Social Care in a Rights-Based Service This role is suited to qualified Social Care Workers who want to work in a structured environment where person-centred practice, accountability, and meaningful support are central to the service. You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities with a focus on: Independence and autonomy Inclusion and community participation Personal growth and wellbeing Consistent, relationship-based support This is professional social care work aligned with HIQA standards, safeguarding practice, and clear governance structures.
