Social Care Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Ennis, Co. Clare Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Community-Based Social Care with a Focus on Independence This role is suited to qualified Social Care Workers who want to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in a community-focused, person-centred service. You’ll work within a structured environment that supports: Independence and confidence building Community participation and inclusion Life skills and personal development Rights-based, person-led support This is professional social care work focused on helping individuals build meaningful routines, strengthen independence, and engage more fully in everyday community life.
