Social Care Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Wexford Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Structured Residential Support with a Person-Centred Focus This role is suited to qualified Social Care Workers who want to support individuals with intellectual disabilities within a residential setting focused on stability, consistency, and everyday wellbeing. You’ll work in an environment centred on: Structured daily support Independence and personal development Safe, consistent routines Respect, dignity and safeguarding This is relationship-based social care work where calm, professional support and person-centred practice are central to maintaining a positive living environment.
