Essential Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Level 7 qualification Bachelor Degree in Social Care or Social Education or Psychology Strong understanding of person-centred care, keyworking, and safe-guarding practices. Experience and understanding of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Knowledge of HIQA policies, procedures, and Children’s First guide-lines. Full, clean manual driving licence.
