Soft Services Support Manager Leinster (multi‑site role) €50,000 + company vehicle + Sodexo benefits Full-time | Permanent Monday - Friday Ready to step away from day‑to‑day site management and make a bigger impact? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Soft Services professional to move into a support-led role, influencing standards and service delivery across multiple sites. As Soft Services Support Manager, you’ll use your operational expertise to support site teams, strengthen compliance, improve performance and contribute to mobilisations and tenders—all while working closely with central and specialist teams. What you will do: Support new and existing Soft Services contracts across Leinster Coach, guide and upskill on-site teams to deliver high-quality, compliant services Support audits, site reviews and compliance activity alongside QA and SMEs Work with central teams on KPIs, reporting and contractual requirements Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement Champion a strong safety culture and “zero harm” mindset What we are looking for: Strong operational experience within Soft Services or Facilities A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and supporting teams Experience supporting mobilisations, tenders or service improvements Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for quality and compliance Desirable but not essential: Experience in pharmaceutical, aseptic, cleanroom or FMCG environments Relevant Soft Services or Facilities qualifications Sodexo reserves the right to close this advert early if we are in receipt of a high number of applications
