About this role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Japanese Cuisine (minimum 5 years) Ramen, Noodle and Sushi Master qualifications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record motivating staff and managing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Ability to work in a fast paced environment in a clean, organised, HACCP complant manner.
