Key responsibilities include leading the team in achieving KPIs, fostering talent development, coaching the team, and enhancing customer relationships to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. You will coordinate regional meetings, product launches, and performance reviews while aligning your team with the company’s values and strategic objectives. Candidates must have proven experience in managing field sales teams, a strong background in technical solutions or complex products, and a degree qualification (Master’s preferred).
