Chef De Partie

The Noel Group are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in the Lounge at a 5-Star hotel in Dublin City Centre. The role would suit a Chef de Partie with strong bistro or upscale casual dining experience who enjoys working with quality ingredients in a busy but professional kitchen. * Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality service * Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture - Requirements of a Chef De Partie * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie * Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
