Job Hunta is an online platform that connects job seekers with employers in Ireland. We provide tools for posting jobs, searching for opportunities, and managing applications.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Job Postings (Employers)

Employers who post jobs agree to:

• Only post genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate information about the role, company, and compensation
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in Ireland
• Not charge candidates any fees for job applications
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms without notice.

6. Applications (Job Seekers)

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide truthful information in applications and profiles
• Only apply for jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Respect the confidentiality of any information received from employers

7. Intellectual Property

The Job Hunta service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (job postings, applications, profiles) but grant us a licence to display and distribute it as part of the service.

8. Payment Terms (Employers)

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that job seekers will find employment or that employers will find candidates. We are not responsible for the content of job postings or the conduct of users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Hunta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
