Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction. A leading tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Dublin region. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple award-winning, multi-million-euro construction projects, working within a high-performing and collaborative environment. Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. Lead project teams including Project Managers, QSs, and site staff. Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and BCAR requirements.
