The team of Maintenance Booking Specialists within the wider Customer Service Department provide front line support for all vehicle maintenance booking enquiries from drivers & clients helping to keep their businesses moving. * Ideally have at least 1 years Customer Service/ Office Admin experience within motor, insurance, call centre or similar environment * Must be customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business * Build long term proactive relationships with clients and drivers by continuing to build on professional image and maintaining a high standard of customer service
