Customer Service Advisor - Financial Services

Collaborate with your team to meet service and customer experience targets * Previous experience in financial services, life & pensions or a customer-facing role - We're looking for a customer-focused, energetic and organised advisor to join a high-performing, award-winning contact centre team. You'll gain strong product knowledge across protection, investment and pension solutions, developing valuable expertise in financial services. * Take ownership of customer queries, identifying needs and working toward first-contact resolution * Support the retention of existing customers * Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience * A genuine customer-first mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach * An interest in financial services, with willingness to work toward a professional qualification (e.g. QFA) * Join a high-performing, customer-focused contact centre team
