Customer Service Executive

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - LinkedSkills is partnering with a well-established international logistics and freight organisation to recruit a Customer Service Executive for their North Dublin operation. This is a hands-on, operational role in which you will manage customer orders, coordinate logistics, and serve as a key link among customers, internal teams, and international partners. * Process daily customer orders via internal systems and email * Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner * Manage communication with customers from order placement through to delivery * Proactively update customers on order status, delays, or issues * Coordinate collections and deliveries in line with customer requirements * Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery * 12 years experience in customer service, logistics, or operations
