Customer Service Manager

Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and key customers to ensure effective communication, product availability, and strong service delivery. Im looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a leading Hardware company based in Sligo. In this role you will be managing a Customer Service team both on site and remotely, and ensuring that excellent customer service standards are maintained and delivered. * Manager and develop a Customer Service team, providing direction, mentoring and developing staff, * Manage escalations and provide support for the field sales teams to ensure a high level of customer service across all channels.
