Customer Service Languages Customer Representative - Our client, a well-established multinational organisation based in Shannon, is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors (English-speaking and multilingual) to join their expanding team. * Deliver a high standard of customer service to both external clients and internal stakeholders * Manage customer queries, tasks, and emails in a timely and organised manner * Handle customer complaints and claims professionally, escalating where appropriate * Adhere to service level agreements, procedures, and quality standards * Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced environment * 1-2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or similar service-led roles
