An established and growing organisation within the commercial vehicle sector is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Service team in Naas. * Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process * Manage customer bookings, service plans, and workshop communications * Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery - This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong motor trade experience to join a busy and fast-paced environment. * Liaise between customers and workshop teams regarding repair progress and authorisations * Process repair orders, invoicing, and service documentation accurately * Proactively promote additional products and services where appropriate
